The need to laminate Flush Doors to offer long-term durability and maintenance free life has always been felt. The laminates are hot pressed onto the Flush Doors using Phenol Formaldehyde synthetic resin, giving a permanent bond unlike traditional methods of fixing laminates at site with water soluble glues.

Our 'A-One Falcon-144' Marine Plywood is manufactured from selected hardwoods and is bonded with BWP type Phenol Formaldehyde. synthetic resin. The plywood, which confirms to IS: 710:1976, offers exceptional resistance to water, heat and cyclic variations iI;1 weather conditions. The plywood is manufactured from veneers which are subjected to Copper-Chrome-Boric (CCB) treatment using Vacuum Pressure Impregnation process as provided in IS:5539-1969 & IS 12120:1987. Since all the layers of veneers in our plywood are exclusively treated, our, 'A-One Falcon-144' Marine plywood is exceptionally resistant to Wood borers, Termites, Rot and other wood destroying organisms.
